How we work

From request to handover

Every engagement follows the same four steps, so you always know what comes next and what you will receive.

  1. Request

    Send an RFP, a statement of work or a few paragraphs about the problem. We reply with any questions within two business days.

  2. Proposal

    You get a written proposal with scope, deliverables, milestones, acceptance criteria and a fixed price or capped estimate.

  3. Delivery

    We build in milestones and demo working results at each one. Changes to scope are agreed in writing before work starts on them.

  4. Handover

    You receive the code, documentation and a runbook, plus a walkthrough so your team can own and operate what we built.
